Yes, a power rack is the "hero piece" of any good home gym. But for a multi-exercise isolation machine, you are likely not going to find a reputable one in that condition and for that price. If you live in a third world country where there is no there choice for exercise equipment, then buy it. If you want something that has little to no adjustments for body types, it's good. If you are truly looking to just "get in shape", you would be better served by running, dieting, and doing chins and bodyweight exercises. FWIW, OP, my own opinion is that this home gym is good if you just want to lose weight, or if you want to use some of the smaller isolation-type movements that it offers.
Yes, the OP may get lucky on Craigslist one day and find one for less. I was amazed at how it looked exactly like the ones you find at the gym giving your body that very sexy, slim look. It works on the biceps and triceps to give you the tone that you need as well as turning the fat into muscles.
